The temporary use of frequencies (PMR, mobile video links), particularly in the context of events, requires the granting of a temporary frequency use authorization issued by ARCEP.
This authorization can be obtained by completing the online form. You must first create an account on the platform.
You will find a video tutorial to help you complete your application

In response to your request, and after processing by our services, a frequency assignment will be notified to you.
The use of these frequencies will be subject to an authorization granted by an ARCEP decision, which will constitute the legal basis for the administration to initiate the billing of fees. The holder of such an authorization is indeed liable for the payment of frequency availability and management fees, in accordance with the terms set out in amended Decree No. 2007-1532 of 24 October 2007.
Applicants are informed that a minimum period of two working days is required between the submission of the application and the one-off event to which it relates.
In the case of major events (Tour de France cycling race, July 14 military parade, Roland Garros tennis tournament, 24 Hours of Le Mans, etc.), applicants are invited to submit their request with six weeks’ notice. This makes it possible to process applications and carry out coordination with frequency holders—where applicable—under appropriate conditions.
The Agency provides an open-access portal, the Frequency Blockchain. Its purpose is to enable the reservation and coordination of the frequencies required for the use of wireless audio auxiliary equipment. Creating an account is necessary to access the platform. When the Agency ensures frequency coordination and monitoring, an event is created by the Agency with prioritized access for organizers and managers. Users will then be able to connect to this event in order to reserve their frequencies.
Users also have the option to create an event for their own needs.
