- Auxiliary sound equipment for programme design and broadcasting uses frequencies under general authorisation, i.e. not subject to individual authorisation.
- The high concentration of such equipment in the same place (forum, activity centre, stadium, etc.) is likely to significantly impair their operation if they are used simultaneously.
The ANFR has set up a self-service website allowing audiovisual professionals to find out which UHF channels are available in a given geographical area at the following address: https://scanfrequences.anfr.fr/.
A free portal, open to all, is also available; it can be accessed at the following address: https://blockchainfrequences.anfr.fr
- It allows to book and coordinate frequencies automatically, on a first come, first served basis!
- On request, the Agency can create specific environments for events for which it is in charge of frequency coordination and control. Users can do that too.
