The Radio spectrum Policy Group is a European advisory group that assists the Commission by drawing up recommendations through its opinions and position reports on spectrum policy, the coordination of policy approaches, the pluri-annual spectrum policy plan and, when applicable, on the harmonisation of conditions relating to the availability and effective use of the radio spectrum required to set up and operate the internal market.
