An application for authorisation comprises information listed in the arrêté dated 11 August 2006. These pieces of information shall be sent in both written and electronic formats to ANFR.

In accordance with Article R.52-3-4 of the French Code of Posts and Electronic Communications and with the arrêté dated 11 August 2006 (see Annex), the applicant shall pay a fee of 20 000 euros. When receiving the application for autorisation, ANFR issues a collection order for this fee. Article L.97-2 indicates that the authorisation can not be granted if the fee is not paid.
